This annual event is Free and Open to the Public and gives area residents an opportunity to receive health information, tests and immunizations. This year we plan to follow the current CDC guidelines in place for October. There is plenty of spacing between providers and a one way attendee flow pattern. Everyone is requested to wear a mask covering nose and mouth. Temperatures will be taken before entering the building.  Social distancing should be observed.

At past events, several participants have been alerted of health issues leading to early detection of serious conditions.

Services include:

• Vaccines

• Mammograms

• Blood Drive Donations

• Cholesterol testing

• Glucose testing

• Blood pressure testing

• Insurance information

• Home health services

• Children's health services
